At Vintage Vault Trader, we believe that fostering diversity enables us to grow and achieve our business aspirations.

We welcome the opportunity to report our gender pay gap in compliance with the EU regulations on gender equality in the workplace.

EQUALITY

As of April 2017, EU regulations require businesses with more than 250 employees to report their gender pay gap. We fully support these efforts to ensure gender equality in all businesses across the EU.

When determining remuneration for staff, we do not consider gender; pay is determined solely based on the job role and responsibilities.

The Gender Pay Gap reflects the difference in the average earnings of men and women across the entire business, regardless of role or responsibility.

Our mean bonus gender pay gap
Our median bonus gender pay gap
The proportion of males and females receiving a bonus payment
The proportion of males and females in each quartile band
Gender breakdown by grade
